Not exactly a baked good…

so its not baked and its not a no bake dessert either but this is more importantly than a blog about baking a blog about the delicious and i’ve got something delicious to share. whether used as a dip for fruit (apples are my favorite) or a filling (for crepes and pancakes, maybe even stuffed french toast?) or a just a topping (i have a feeling it would be excellent with fro-yo and i know its great on toast) this is delectable and probably couldn’t be easier

mix together:

1 Tablespoon peanut butter

2-3 Tablespoons sour cream, depending on your taste for creaminess

1 Tablespoon Honey

viola! you have creamy peanut-buttery deliciousness at your disposal, this makes enough for just one serving but basically if you follow a 1-2-1 ratio starting with the peanut butter and ending with the honey you can make as much as you like

I love to make things and what could be better than a mouthwatering dessert? this is a blog about me learning more about making those sweet confections through monthly challenges as a “Daring Baker”. Giving someone something you baked is a way of loving them and inviting them in. I want to bake things that make people happy when they eat them and that’s what this is really about.
